Big Ears media Group Pty Ltd has no control over what content is fed from associated press sites from around the world. We simply ask for news based on category. For exmple, we may ask 'You Tube' to feed our site with the top 8 news videos relating to the word "industry". However, this may mean that some of the news downloaded may come from the 'sex industry'. This cannot be helped. We hope that one day 'You Tube' will develop a smarter feed system that has a rating like 'R', 'PG' etc, similar to television..

re: Advertising

All advertising on the Big Ears Network, including www.bigears.net.au , www.noddy.net.au , www.businesspages.net.au and www.bigearsmediagroup.net.au is the responsibility of the advertisers. We accept no responsiblity for breach of copyrite regarding images supplied by advertisers.

re: Reliable Suppliers

We market our sites promoting reliable suppliers. Everyone will have a different interpretation of the word "Reliable". Our use of the word only means that these people have paid us reliably for their advertising space hence, in our opinion, they are reliable.

re: Positioning on search engines

Even though we strive to obtain and keep a first page listing with sites such as Google and Yahoo, this is out of our control so, we do not accept any responsibility for losing positions but, if we do notice that our keyphrases are not competitive enough we generally bump up our marketing in other areas to compensate.

re: Hosting

We do not host our own sites, this is done by www.chilli.net.au who we believe are part of MelbourneIT.

We have no responsibility for anything to do with the hosting.

re: Google

Even though Google forces us to agree to their terms and conditions regarding displaying their Adsense advertising, we still have no responsibility for the content or how it is delivered to our customers. Google also tells us that they will collect data from your computer for many uses. We mention this so you are aware that your privacy is being breached as soon as you log into any site that displays Google Adsense. We do not collect, collate or use your information ourselves. However, we do have access to Google analytics which allows us to view, what keyword you used to find us, what city you are from, and a range of information which we pass onto our advertisers to help them with their marketing knowledge.
